Hayley – Founder | CEO | Coach | Consultant

Hayley is the visionary founder of Nett Kind, known for making decisions and leading from her core values. With over 26 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism industry, both as an employee and a 6-figure entrepreneur, she brings a wealth of insight and lived experience to her work.

Alongside running a successful hospitality-focused business, she is also the co-founder of a vegan initiative non-profit, and in her spare time she can be found rehabilitating wild animals from her home in Greater Kruger, South Africa (some know her as the ”crazy squirrel lady”) or offering support to conservation and community non-profits.

Leading with purpose has always been central to Hayley’s career. One of her greatest passions is coaching, which she has been practicing for the past five years. She finds deep fulfillment in guiding individuals and businesses toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment.

At Nett Kind, Hayley’s role extends beyond setting the vision. She works as both a consultant and a coach, supporting clients through signature workshops and 1:1 sessions. Her consulting focuses on brand and team alignment, while her coaching empowers people and organizations to thrive in values-driven, impactful ways. Hayley has been supported by some of the top mentors within the vegan movement through the kickstarting for good incubator with Proveg, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Nett Kinds vision.

Dom – Recruitment | Social Impact Manager

Dominique (known as Dom) has been working alongside Hayley for several years, currently still as Business Development Manager of Wild Dreams, and now additionally as a driving force within Nett Kind. At Nett Kind, Dom heads up both Recruitment and Social Impact, bringing her unique blend of professionalism, compassion, and purpose to everything she does.

Her recruitment journey began at Wild Dreams, where she quickly discovered that placing people in their dream roles was far more than just a career, it was a calling. Helping individuals step into values-aligned opportunities and supporting businesses in finding the right people is where Dom thrives, and she approaches this work with deep care and commitment.

Beyond recruitment, Dom is passionate about sustainability and meaningful change. She works closely with Nett Kind’s aligned partners, coordinating non-profit workshops and trainings that create real impact in the communities and industries we serve.

Lara – Recruitment Specialist

Lara is our compassion-led recruitment expert, dedicated to connecting people and businesses who share the same values. With a strong background in guest relations and customer service, she brings exceptional communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail into her recruitment work. This foundation, combined with her excitement for matching the right candidates with the right clients, makes her an invaluable part of the Nett Kind team.

Her own journey into recruitment was shaped by her personal experience of finding a values-aligned career. Lara has discovered the powerful difference it makes to feel truly connected to your work. Because of this, she has made it her mission to help others experience the same sense of fulfillment and alignment in their careers.

Katt – Intern

Katt joins us as our intern, bringing a quiet strength and a deeply centred commitment to doing meaningful work. With experience in a veterinary practice and a lifelong passion for animal advocacy, she has developed a natural instinct for care, compassion, and thoughtful communication. These qualities make her a steady and supportive presence within the team.
Being based in the US adds a unique global perspective to our work. Katt approaches every task with kindness and an eagerness to learn, always looking for ways to contribute in a way that truly matters. She is driven by the belief that positive change begins with small, consistent actions, and she brings that intention into everything she does here.
